Terms & conditions
- Payment can be made by cheque (payable to IFQC Ltd)
- Full payment to be made at least two weeks before the course commences.
- Fees remain fully payable for cancellation within 2 weeks of course commencement, however substitutions may be made at any stage before course commencement.
- Full course fees remain payable for delegates who fail to attend.
- A certificate is awarded to delegates who satisfactorily complete the course. This is required for Training Records.
- IFQC SMART Solutions accept no responsibility for participants hotel accommodation arrangements.
- IFQC SMART Solutions reserve the right to cancel a course if there is insufficient demand.
- IFQC SMART Solutions reserve the right to change the course venue.
