BRC Food Version 5 HACCP Course Many thanks for a very informative day on Friday. I really enjoy the style of teaching. I learned more on Friday than I have at any other course of that nature. Excellent Tutor - Very good presentation and answered all questions accurately. Can now amend HACCP to ensure conformance. Best course I have done in years. Excellent course. Thank you very much for a really good course. I found it very informative and helpful, your approach worked well, with a small group and plenty of interaction and opportunities to share issues and implications of the new requirements for HACCP A lot of questions answered. Clarity given, validation & verification. Interesting to hear other peoples views. Very good level of understanding was achieved.
Product Recall Course A very interesting course, clear and easy to understand. Should be easier to complete a mock recall now. Really good examples used. Allowed me to return to workplace & renew Recall Plann for effectiveness.
BRC Intermediate HACCP Course Very interesting. Very well delivered. Very good examples and different situations given where HACCP has been ignored and the consequences. Delivered clearly from very experienced tutor.
Risk Analysis Course Good course. I have learned something completely new.
BRC Third Party Auditor Course The real strength of the course was in the ability, wide experience of the trainer. Excellent Course. I wanted to see if I could get a better understanding of what an auditor was looking for. Materials very comprehensive and work sheets very useful learning tools.
BRC Internal Auditor Course It was the most successful course I have ever had. Well worth it. Found the course beneficial and well detailed. Professionally presented, continue with your service and help. Excellent course, great presentation and integration with other members. Great understanding of what I need to be an auditor. Excellent course, delivered well and very relevant to daily work practices. The tutor had a great industrial knowledge and understanding of how the standard applied to it. This made it very easy to relate the standard to the industry. Gave me an excellent understanding of the standard and helped relate to floor activities. Very enjoyable course. Wanted to know more about BRC in general and also about the standard and how to audit against it. Found it really excellent in particular the group activities and role play. Asked as many questions as I wanted. Great presentation of information & technical knowledge. My objectives were to get a better insight into the BRC standard and identification of clauses relative to day to day issues, this was achieved. Very relevant and interesting course. The trainer got all course materials covered but we still had enough time for her to share her auditing experiences which was both informative and education.
